DEGREE: Bachelor’s degree w/4 year’s related experience or in lieu of degree 8 year’s of specialized expertise will be considered, preferably in IT Systems Technologies or Computer Science
Responsibilities

Coordinating and technical management of subcontracts
•
Reviews, authorize and approve timesheets, ODC claims, subcontractor invoices

Personnel management including hiring, termination, and evaluation

Develops cost estimates, monitor and report on all expenditures
•
Develops and maintain staffing plans
•
Prepares and present monthly status reports, staffing plans, travel planning documents

We are seeking a Program Manager to join the Infinity Systems Engineering team.
Summary of Responsibilities:
This Program Manager will have experience and abilities in the following:
– Formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization.
– Responsible for coordinating and integrating activities across multiple functional areas.
– Prepares management plans and reports.
– Coordinates schedules to facilitate completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order review, briefings/ presentations and PMR preparation.
– Responsible for the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.
– Interface between the Government and Contractor teams.
– Works with Task Order Manager (TOM)/Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to coordinate all manner of task execution.
Required Skills:
Performs enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.
– Coordinating and technical management of subcontracts.
– Reviews, authorize and approve timesheets, ODC claims, subcontractor invoices.
– Personnel management including hiring, termination, and evaluation.
