Our client is an internationally operating, on the Austrian Traded Index listed company, which is known worldwide for its production of innovative specialty fibers. For the headquarter in Austria we are looking for an experienced Head of Global Group Compliance (f/m/d). In this function you are the 1 st go-to-person with respect to all global compliance matter issues.

Aufgaben
• Foster compliance and business ethics within the group incl. leading the regional and local compliance officers
• Owner of various global policies, incl global trainings and roll out of compliance policies
• Owning, implementing, improving and maintaining the Compliance Management System & processes
• Administrates group directives (ABC – Anti Bribery & Corruption, Antitrust, Investigation .) in coordination with GCO and Legal Team
• Monitors the KYC process and enforces group KYC policies
• Develops/implements/maintains an e-learning tool for compliance matters
• Performs trainings to LCOs (Local Compliance Officer) globally
• Supports the certification according to ISO 37301 and other auditing standards
Profil
• Completed study in law or business
• Several years of professional experience in internal audit
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional English

Remuneration: from € 100,000 p.a. depending on qualifications and professional experience, a salary in line with the market is offered.
